Web Access Recommendations:

  • Web Customers must have an Internet connection of 56kbps or faster.
  • Co-browsing databases with the librarian requires cookies. If you would like this functionality, please set your browser to allow cookies. In IE, select Internet Options > Privacy > and move the scroll bar for cookies settings to medium.

AskColorado works with the following browsers and operating systems:

  • Operating System: Windows 2000 Professional with SP4, Windows XP Home with SP2, Windows XP Professional with SP2 ; Browser:  Internet Explorer 7.0, Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP1, Netscape 7.2, or Firefox 1.0.6.
  • Operating System:  Apple Operating System 10 (OS 10) ; Browser:  Firefox 1.0.6 or Safari 1.2
  • Operating System: Redhat Linux WS v3 ; Browser:  Firefox 1.0.6

Transcripts?
If you entered your email at the end of your session and did not receive the transcript...

  • your email spam blocker or email filter may have filtered the email. To insure receipt of your AskColorado transcripts, please set up your email account to allow email from: DoNotReply@tutor.com.
  • If you would like access to your AskColorado sessions without entering an email address after each session, create an anonymous log in. This feature, located in the upper right corner of the login screen, will provide you with instant access to any of your AskColorado sessions each time you sign in to your Ask A Librarian® account.
